Our bee nucs are the best start for you—whether you are beginning your beekeeping journey or expanding an established apiary. Each nuc is thoughtfully raised to provide a strong foundation, setting you up for early growth, colony stability, and long‑term success.
What’s Included With Each BeeNuc
3–4 frames of developing brood, providing a strong population base that allows the colony to expand quickly once transferred
1–2 frames containing pollen and honey, giving the bees immediate access to nutrition during the critical transition period
A colony prepared to build rapidly with the goal of strong spring growth and honey production by summertime
Bees raised and managed with timing in mind, so pickup occurs only once the colony is stable and ready (mid‑April to early May, weather permitting)
We focus on healthy bees, proven queens, and colonies that are ready to grow, build, and produce through the season. Bulk orders of 100 or more Bee Nucs are eligible for Delivery
A $25 deposit secures your nuc. The remaining balance is due at pickup. Nucs are available for pickup mid‑April through early May, weather permitting. Detailed pickup instructions will be sent before availability.
